It wasn’t even on my radar until you, my community, inspired it. I’m a passionate advocate for mental health support, so one day I asked on Instagram, “How can I support you? What do you want to know about mental health?”
I received hundreds and hundreds of responses, and I noticed a lot of the same questions come up — how to deal with anxiety and depression, care for loved ones with a mental health condition, build self compassion, release fear and imposter syndrome, integrate mindfulness and meditation, just to name a few.
